They called him and let him know it would be an extra charge because she is in heat. * Get a new manager with even an ounce of customer service skills, compassion, and understanding. Yes, you run a business, but you're in the hospitality field and should behave as such. * Not scam the customers who are vulnerable and concerned for their pets by adding charges that are unnecessary * Read your negative reviews and address them.. They could help you become a better business. You're widely known in the area as by far the shadiest pet hospital and that should upset you.
