I bought the Highlander xle awd 2022 in July 2024 on cash $52000 and milage 15000km. Now I had a battery issue and took it to the service to know the issue. They were told me that the car warranty is expired and I have to pay for diagnosis and the new battery as well. When I bought this car they have told me that I have 40000km bumper to bumper warranty. Bought a toyota highlander recently and they sold a vehicle that damaged and they fixed it and sold it to me with out disclosing it to me because that damage is not on the record of carfax .Will be taking actions against this soon

So I call Scarborough Toyota because I’m having issues with my vehicle not wanting to start. Mind you I haven’t even had the vehicle for a year yet. So I chose the option for the service department. They answer and transfer me to parts. Then parts transfers me back to the service department. No one can answer my question properly! No one has a direct answer for me! I’m so over this place!
