Excellent experience! Dr. Gallo, after doing the NCS testing, referred me to the plastic surgeon for an urgent carpal tunnel release due to the severe compression of the median nerve and my surgery was scheduled in 3 weeks. The surgeon was fantastic and im very pleased with the care I received. Thank you dr. Gallo! Highly recommend!
The doctors here are incredibly knowledge and patient with my mom and I. The clinic is very well run. Nothing but praise for this place. Some very smart folks here!
Terrible service with the receptionists who deal with the phones. Lack of mannerism and respect. No email correspondence in this day and age or any way of getting a hold of the doctor in case of emergencies with side effects of medications being prescribed. Was trying to get a hold of the neurologist for 2-3 days due to side effects. Even left multiple voicemails during this time for my family member experiencing such side effects and they wouldn’t pass along the message to the neurologist.
Parking was a nightmare, but the doctor's and staff were fantastic. Took you right on time.
