We were late. It’s a children’s clinic. It’s the middle of winter. There was no one in the waiting room. He refused to see us. It felt punitive. We called to let them know but would have been easier to get God on the phone than a human at a hospital. The way parents have to move heaven and earth to get places on a work day, kids in tow, in the middle of winter with city traffic, only to be refused by an entitled, punitive doctor. Absolutely fantastic doctors, OT/PT staff, and social worker! We've been very happy with the care and attention our kids have received at the SKDC!
Very rude lack of manners unprofessional lady I talked on phone I called to check my child referral application the lady was rude lack of manner I cried that day because you don’t even know what some parents going through specially those who have children with special needs
They have recently changed their location to 3030 Lawrence Ave. E., Suite B07. Google maps is still showing old address.
