Great experience with the purchase. Most importantly the process was honest and transparent, and the promises were kept. Great customer service from David, Jackson and the team Six months later went for maintenance, and the same impression: punctual, great service
Disrespecful staffs who uses intimidation to close in on deals. Came on for a test drive and price negotiations. Sales rep did not want to talk about final pricing and kept focusing on bi-weekly payments. Once negotiation concluded, I mentioned about needing some time to think about all my options. Head office rep came and berated me about wasting their time for not signing the papers there and then.
I dealt with Suntru Thayapararajah in service and Uzair Latif in sales. Both reps were helpful and informative.
Had a great experience with the staff at this location. They were informative and honest.
