Vehicle booked in for scheduled service for 11am. Was told shuttle would be available for 11:30. It's 1:20 and I am still here because the shuttle didn't pick me up. I refuse to use rideshares as their drivers have been credibly accused of sexual assaults against female users.
My service advisor Najib ,he's awesome. I hope they keep him forever. Knowd his stuff and very customer oriented. These guys are amazing
