Excellent Mazda Dealership!!! I spent months looking around for a new vehicle before coming to Scarboro Mazda. Unlike the other dealerships in the area, Eugene and Rob did not disappoint! I was treated with respect and professionalism. I truly had a very pleasant experience with Eugene. I am very particular with the details of my transaction and Eugene was very patient with me. Rob was likewise very supportive and accommodating. Kudos to the Scarboro Mazda team an keep up the excellent work!
A Nightmare I purchased my first car from Mazda Scarborough, excited to finally have a pre-owned vehicle of my own as a young woman working my first real job with a long commute. My family had purchased 2 vehicles from them before, Unfortunately, the experience quickly turned into a nightmare. Within days of driving off the lot, the engine light came on, and it was not safe to drive. Online booking web page is confusing but once booked everything went smoothly, work was done quickly and explained to me.
I came back to Sacrboro Mazda after 2 years. After experiencing other dealerships, I definitely find this one is better than others for sure. I had a broken mirror which was hard get covered in the warranty, but Najib took care of it for me. Thanks
