The service was fantastic - they really went above and beyond, and were friendly and easy to work with. The collision/bodyshop really did excellect work, as did the mechanics and service advisor. Top notch.
I went for the Top detailing package for my Mazda3, but I got the most mediocre/rushed job. The detailer seems to be inexperienced and lacks the skills to do what the detailing package dictates. The service doesn't have the necessary treatment agents for the various plastic and rubber trims for your vehicle, and they seem to forget that they have to clean the upholstery.
