We had a great experience purchasing our vehicle from Scarboro Kia. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. His excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable.
I spent some time contemplating whether to leave a very long review here or write to the general manager directly about my recent experience. But then after reading the negative reviews and dealership's responses to them I realized that repetitive issues don't seem to get addressed here. So I am just going to leave it at that and never return. Beyond disappointed.
