just had a small piece done by Jessica (my first piece by her - my first time at this shop). she did an awesome job and was fun to connect with as were the other people working in the shop that evening. lots of great artwork on the walls. a great shop.
Shawn Hebrank was my artist and he was amazing. I am a first-timer and he took great care of me (and my wife) during the whole process. He is a tattoo master as I imagined one to be with the ability to transform ideas into world class masterpieces. I asked for a tattoo I could never have drawn myself and he delivered exactly what I wanted. My next tattoo will be with Shawn again. The whole crew at Scapegoat is super friendly and helpful.
I live in NYC and I swing by this shop every time I'm in town to get some ink. Love it!! Manee is the jam :) saw me on super short notice and did a kickass job :)
I had made an appointment months ago for my trip to Portland. Come to find out the artist I made the appointment with was no longer there. They were able to fit me in and did a wonderful job. Ryan is a great artist! Thanks again!!

Brian is working on my back piece. Always had great service and I took my friend in yesterday to be tattooed by John. Again, great service, quick and clean! It was a small simple design. No judgement. He just got on with it! Would recommend always.
I haven't yet purchased any tattoos from this shop. However, I have been an ardent admirer of Brian Wilson's and Greggletron's work for years now. I recently stopped by Scapegoat, while I was in their neighborhood. The folks I met were very helpful and sweet. As soon as I have the means I will collect work from this shop.
Very disappointed! Nothing like dealing with a snotty egotistical shop when trying to book a simple two hours for two simple tattoos when coming outta town for a special 10 yr wedding anniversary! Ive been getting tattooed for over twenty years by bigger names in the industry than this shop and treated with more customer service and respect than this shop chooses to offer. ✌️
I had an appointment booked with Allyson Bennett. When I arrived for my consultation, she wasn't there and I had to come back an hour later. My actual appointment was scheduled for today. AN HOUR before my appointment, she had the front desk person call me to reschedule because she was "too busy" to do it today. I've had this appointment scheduled for several weeks.
