RecommendedCame in for a fixing an old tattoo. We ended up covering up some of it and I can say it is beautiful and I cannot thank John enough. He is great! 2nd tattoo there and do not live in the area but it is worth the trip to Portland just to get work done by Scapegoat . Thank you ~
