I called the guy apparently they own couple shops the same number is in 925 number he was rude no help at all he wanted us to be in his shop in an 1hr. From Oakland to Pittsburg we were on our way there by concord when he said he was not seeing us beacause we were late nothing we can do when theres traffic hope i never see that guy or im kicking his as for making me waste my time
This person has a few location throughout the Bay Area and I refuse to go to any of them I believe the guy is middle eastern he has a pretty distinctive accent. He was very rude to my husband and I when we first walked in he did not greet us properly at all nor did he introduce his self or ask who we were. As I began to read the contract to sign he tried to rush me through it so he could get his money my husband was highly upset and said that he is not paying and we politely walked out.
