I would highly recommend not using this company. I had a technician come out to tell me my system is working through the inverter but not being viewed online. When asked how to fix the solution i was told the Wifi Booster (that was given by the previous installer) "was something they never seen before". After that i never once herd back nor did they help to assist with a new booster / correct the one i already have. To make a long story longer i was charged $250 with ZERO RESOLUTION. I was initially very happy, however, when our purchased solar system stopped working, Scalo let us down. Despite their promise to monitor our system, no one noticed and fixed the issue for 6 months. We lost more than $1000 and 6 months of production. Scalo said that they would replace our inverter at no charge because the failure was due to a missed firmware update for which they took responsibility. Had a good experience meeting with the sales person initially for a residential solar system but after a few weeks never heard back. Called and left messages with the rep and their main line. No return calls or emails. Literally just disappeared. Had to look them up on BBB and other online resources to confirm if it was a legitimate company and if they still existed. Over 6 months have passed and still never heard back. Obviously had to move on to another company. Just weird. Be leery
