Farrah was back from maternity leave; she makes the entire process extremely tolerable. She explains everything in detail, takes the time to answer questions and give hints on how to better prevent oral problems.
Great just was sorry I did not get the teeth cleaning bag that my husband got the day before. I thought everyone got that.
