I would have appreciated knowing that our regular Dr Butler no longer worked at SC Dental. On making the appointment for both my daughters to see Dr Butler, no mention was made that we would be seeing another Dr. Imagine my surprise and feeling like I had no control over whom we chose. For me, this is an integrity issue. I think when a Dr no longer works in a place, clients should be told so that they can decide if they wish to go elsewhere? Dee runs a perfect business. Everyone is friendly and Dr. Boyd is everything you could expect in a dentist. I totally recommend USC Dental - from front office to hygeniest to dentists. Fair and considerate.
