Great property management service. I rented out my apartment through them for a couple of years, and even more than a year after the lease ended, the agent has remained incredibly helpful—always responsive and willing to provide documents and support whenever needed.
We were tenants of an emergency temporary accommodation, managed by SBP Realty. Throughout our entire stay, the SBP team were incredibly helpful, patient and friendly. They helped us navigate through a trying time and even supported us while we dealt with our pesky insurance company and their annoying claims process. They are one of the very few companies who look after their tenants as much as their landlords. Very happy with their service. Highly recommended! Thank you again!
