The gentleman that checks me is always rude to me because I’m black he always throws my power to consent from at me. I came for an ear infection Ive been waiting to see a doctor for over 40 mins and Im still waiting. I need to move no one in Charleston IL take my health seriously and its really because of my skin color.
Went in to get my foot checked out, was told that I should keep on doing what I was doing. No crutches, no wrap, no nothing. “If it still hurts 10-14 days after get an appointment with your primary.” Waste of my time. I am not confident in there findings whatsoever when I can’t walk properly. No wonder why people are never there.
I had the best provider. Her name is Ashley. I came in feeling so ill for about 2 weeks and my sinusitis and congestion was bad. She treated me with kindness and prescribed the right combination of medications. She is truly a life saver. Thanks Ashley!!! Isabel Grieger
Went in for a simple ear wax removal that cost $118 and they did not get the job done told me to do it myself at home. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
