Dissatisfied every time I come here. I gave them multiple chances to see if they've improved but they truly do not know what they're doing unfortunately. The gentleman that checks me is always rude to me because I’m black he always throws my power to consent from at me. I came for an ear infection Ive been waiting to see a doctor for over 40 mins and Im still waiting. I need to move no one in Charleston IL take my health seriously and its really because of my skin color.
Went in to get my foot checked out, was told that I should keep on doing what I was doing. No crutches, no wrap, no nothing. “If it still hurts 10-14 days after get an appointment with your primary.” Waste of my time. I am not confident in there findings whatsoever when I can’t walk properly. No wonder why people are never there.
