I salute Mr. Basu for his support in my career when I was in SB3. He is a great boss. The star is only for him. But I am sorry to say that the staffs (except few) who were working over there are selfish, insane buggers who can ditch anyone with office politics and can put anyone's life in hell without any reason by sending wrong and false informations to the boss keeping him in dark.
