During my tour, I was repeatedly assured by the leasing agent, Aida, that parking, trash, and sewer were included in the advertised lease price. Danielle Abel senior manager and Aida the leasing agent who showed me apartments were both so kind and welcoming. They did not pressure me and spoke honestly about the lofts. They both have integrity and ethical standards that I greatly respect. Each of them had big smiles on their faces even at the end of a long day. If you tour this architectural building ask for Aida or Danielle Abel.
My partner and I moved in a few of months ago and so far, it's been going great! We really love our new home. Danielle and Alex in the office are very responsive and when our HVAC went out, they got right on it! I can tell that everyone is working so hard to put the previous management company's poor treatment of the building and the tenants far in the past. Thanks for all of the hard work!
I've been living in this building for seven years or so. The new property management took over from multiple transitions of ownership and have done the best that I've seen here. Danielle and Miguel especially. They have been more responsive to issues than I have seen my entire time living here.
Took a tour today with Aida & everything was enjoyable. She was genuine, thoughtful and knew the building inside and out. I was impressed with her kindness & attitude! Regardless of if we choose this building or not, the tour was pleasant because of her! Thank you again.
