Billy is very unprofessional and didnt communicate well about our vehicle. He is the type of person that makes black owned businesses look bad! Long story short he’s had our car for 7 months and it’s still not fixed right. I’ve tried to be understanding and have given him every chance to make it right but he has given us every excuse in the book. Some one than once.
