They were quick to respond when our furnace stopped working. The repairman knew immediately what the problem was. He was very honest. It was a quick fix and we were very pleased. Highly recommend!
I always receive great service from Sayre. They got here so quickly after we had a monoxide scare. John and Michael were courtesy and knowledgeable.
The blower to my furnace decided to stop working at 9:00 on a Saturday evening. I called Sayre and left a message. I received a call back within 10 minutes. John came to my home and attempted to get it started back up but to no avail. He had seen a box at work with a blower in it, he thought it would work. He went and picked it up, brought it back and was able to get my furnace working. Thanks to Matthew for ordering it earlier and to John for getting my heat running again.

I called Sayre Heating & Cooling in the morning with my 5 year old furnace not heating. Matthew came out yesterday morning and replaced a bad draft inducer in the afternoon. We had heat restored within the day. I woke up this morning worried it wasn't heating my home properly and he came back out this morning to do a more thorough diagnotic test and found the furnace was working properly.
