Sayre Heating and Cooling recently installed a new dual-fuel heating and cooling system in my house. I am so grateful that I found Sayre. I had already tried two other companies who were only able to guess at the problem with my furnace, and the solution was to keep swapping parts, the first of which would have cost over 2k. Naturally, when you are looking to spend that kind of money for a repair, you also get a quote for the cost of a new furnace. My furnace had been shutting off but would run after a power reset. I was a first time caller. I got an appointment scheduled for the same day. They called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. Two service techs arrived and thoroughly went over the system and thermostat. They corrected some minor issues but found nothing major. I was charged only for a service call and advised to call if it happened again and not to correct it myself. I cannot express enough what great representatives this company has. From the Service Tech Matthew who came out and thoroughly went over my system sharing technical information, to my sales agent Jordan who provided a great estimate. I feel you can't go wrong with this company.

Our AC unit started giving us issues. So we called these fine people. These guys went above and beyond way farther than I've seen any company do in a long time. Glad to know there's folks still doing business that make customers feel important. I highly recommend Sayre to anyone in the Canal Winchester and surrounding areas. You won't be disappointed.
