I've had great results and customer service with this company. I'm working on a 67 Chrysler and had no keys for the doors, trunk, or glove box. They were able to make all the keys I needed. My trunk was an issue due to a bad broken lock but they were able to get me access to it which I really appreciated with no damage. I'll definitely use them again for my locksmith needs.

Second time using them, they are my go to for any vehicle key replacement, they are quick with cutting and programming. They also have excellent customer service

I highly recommend them to anyone who has issues with their keys or fobs. I went to them because my car key fobs stopped working all of sudden. Went to the dealership and they were gonna charge me $1000 to replace them! Came to Saylor's and they actually took the time and troubleshooted, found the issue and fixed it for me-for free because there was nothing technically wrong with fobs (long story)! Definitely a great experience, I broke my key in my car door. After I got it out I wasn't sure if replacement could be made but they were able to do it. The price was fantastic service was excellent.

I've been searching for a month, to find someone to cut the master key for my 1990 Nissan 300ZX. No one would touch it or even attempt to cut it. I called a local shop, and the recommended this place to me. I'm glad they did, Josh cut it perfectly in 5 minutes 6 tops. It works perfect, an exact copy of the original. I'll definitely be back for any lock/key services I need in the future. And will certainly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Josh.
