I am a senior and " inquired" regarding an affordable vehicle.i got pressed to give them access to my limited credit and they issued so many hard pulls it reduced my credit by 100 points..I got a minimum of 6 denials thanks to their greed..I said 5000$ they shopped for 10,000$i do not like deceipt
Don’t waste your time. I worked with Dusty - nice guy, but poor communication. He said he could hold the vehicle for a few days, then sold it two days later. He didn’t answer calls and never followed through after texting me saying he would call back. The vehicle also had a check engine light and other issues when I saw it. He didn’t seem knowledgeable about its condition and never provided the updates he promised.

We went to Ron Sayer Dodge Used Superstore to look at a car we thought we might want to buy. We had 2 others that we liked more. Ended up leaving with a completely different car than we had picked out and had the best car buying experience yet, I have bought about 12 cars in my life. Dusty was amazing and the entire staff made the experience painless almost enjoyable. Highly recommend them. Bought a 2012 GMC Terrain vs the the 2014 Honda CRV from a competitor. Better price, lower mileage and better service.
