Verified Renter As a new resident, my experience here has been positive thus far. I had some concerns regarding parking after reading reviews on Google, but I have not encountered any issues with it yet. However, it appears that maintenance requests may take some time to be addressed.

Verified Renter Very peaceful and very clean place to live. I enjoy the beauty. I do wish they would redo the deck because it has split wood and stuff from being an old property. Other than that it’s great.

Verified Renter The staff are really nice. Our first year at Saybrook has been nice. If I had to pick at anything it would be the dumpster area is full most of the time. Also people not picking up after their dogs. Our stay here for the most part has been very nice

Verified Renter It has been good. Neighbors are nice enough but I haven't met a lot of them over my 2 years here. It's nice seeing the front office especially when 2 of the women that worked/work there I went to high school with.

Verified Renter The management staff is great. In a mature community, natural beauty has been allowed to proceed with guided care. Close to food stores, restaurants, and banking services. On a safe bus line with access points to Shady Grove Metro and car lanes to 370 and 200 helps with commuting. Also, close to alternate backroads in case the major arteries are blocked. Also, the maintenance staff are super fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. Time living in the complex: 15 years.
