Verified Renter I love how peaceful it is in the community and if disturbances occur, police are here right away. I do not like that there are some community members that use drugs and alcohol that make the community feel unsafe. Last week someone that I have also had issues with was ran over intentionally with a car over a disturbance and they still live here. That is not what I want as neighbors. It seemed very shady.
