Good Place to Live An older building structure but definitely family oriented. The staff is willing to work with you if you have issues- I had disruptive neighbors and was authorized to move into a different unit on premise at a discounted rent for my troubles. Most people keep to themselves, kids play but aren't obnoxious and the pool is quite nice albeit small. The maintenance crew is respectful and efficient. Not a fancy place but definitely affordable and quiet, a great starter apartment!
Where not to rent I know that you are looking for inspirational reviews but I have to be honest and true to myself. Saybrooke Apartments in Gaithersburg Maryland has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I helped build these apartments 26 years ago and they were great. It is sad to see what has happened to them.
