Verified Renter I mean it’s okay. I do think the community went a little downhill from when I first got here but hopefully the pool won’t be bad this year. Last year it was good for the most part. Not much community engagement but that could be due to Covid. Besides the pool, the gym doesn’t have anything special like a special. You’ll be lucky if the outdoor chairs are still intact, last year there was a shortage. No events are ever hosted. It’s basically just basic.

Verified Renter Apartments are set in a mature area of Gaithersburg with ample trees and cover. The staff management is capable and nice, and despite being near three high-traffic roads (i.e., quick road access to places and on Bus Lines), our unit is quiet. The maintenance team is top-notch.
