Verified Renter A welcoming community that has a pool and small gym room, perfect id your trying to be active, theres a nice view on my balcony of a river that deer and foxes love to frolic nearby, birds come and land on the railing sometimes too its a very nice area to live in.

Verified Renter The constant marijuana smell coming into the master bedroom and the master bathroom is bothering me and my family, and regretting the decision to renew my lease. Every evening/night, there is a marijuana smell around the building and parking lots. It feels like the apartment complex is becoming a stoner's haven.
