I was very sad to hear that in the past you have served foie gras occasionally as specials and I was especially disappointed to hear that when my friend spoke to the manager and asked her to commit to never serving foie gras as a special again she refused. You should know better and our town should do better. Please commit to never serving it again. We haven't served fois gras in over a year...funny, I don't see the focus being on higher end restaurants like Papillon, who served it just last week...just saying...
It is shameful that you condone the inhumane practice of force feeding those innocent animals by selling one of the most inhumane dishes in the world at your establishment. Please stop.
While you have all kinds of cruel animal products on your menu, at least get rid of the foie gras. How disgusting that it is a special on the menu sometimes. How about getting this one form of animal cruelty off the menu for good!!!

Foie gras is extremely cruel, barbaric and an outdated "culinary" practice that has already been banned by many chefs, restaurants, and in many countries. Please take foie gras off your menu like so many others already have. Thank you
It's very sad that you serve Foie Gras as a special. Did you know that the only way to make the barbaric dish is by force feeding the animals by shoving tubes down their throats? Please stop serving a dish that has been rightfully outlawed in many places. Thanks for your time.
