Tonight our first of what I am sure will be many meals was had at Say Cheese! The atmosphere is such a wondeful balance of casual and fine dining with the greatest attention to details at every turn. The food was simply amazing. We had an appetizer (calamari prepared to a very high level of perfection), dinner entrees of smoked salmon macaroni and cheese and pub steak, and desserts of death by chocolate cake and pumpkin tart.
