I'm sure in his hey-day, John was a very good attorney. I was recommended to him by a retired attorney based on his past record. He's washed up lawyer and beyond his prime. He took my money for a number of months, did very little, and made every excuse for not calling as scheduled, setting up a meeting, etc. Yet, he still billed me for every followup email that got no response from him. AVOID HIM FOREVER! HE IS beyond the end of his career.
I strongly advise against hiring this attorney. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. He took my money upfront but failed to deliver on any of his promises. He does not communicate well, often ignoring phone calls and emails, leaving you in the dark about your case. On top of that, he has not filed important documents in a timely manner, which has caused unnecessary delays and complications.
