Inver Grove Ford service department will Lie to you, do a horrible job, then bill you again to fix their horrible job, and be rude to you. DO NOT Bring a car here for service. This has been ongoing and Saxon has not done anything about it so i'm guessing all of their dealerships are like this.
They do not care about customer safety. They will willingly let customers drive off with an unsafe vehicle if they can make money off of that.
Professional fleet services
Do not buy a car from any of the Saxon Auto group dealers. They are the worst and do not care about the consumer. They take your money and forget about you. A brake hose factory recall ended up being almost 30 days to fix. No offer of loaner rental or courtesy rides. When their mechanic caused the problem
