Jesse Gallimore in service is the most patient, helpful young man I've ever worked with. God know the electronics in my car are smarter than I am and he never makes me feel like I'm bothering him. He always has time for me and I always leave with my problem solved. Just today had to ask for a real fast oil change due to a family emergency in Grand Rapids and he got me in, in a heart beat. Wouldn't do business any place else.
Ive brought my Malibu here for the past 3 years. Jesse has been my Service Advisor every time. He's always had my car ready in the time frame he said it would be ready. Absolutely no Complaints on bringing my car here for service, and will continue bringing my car here. Deffinently Recommended!
