I had to take my equinox in for service because it wasn’t sounding right. Jesse told me what he suspected it to be. He called me back to let me know that he was right about the diagnosis. Since it’s going to take a day or two he made sure I wasn’t going to be without a vehicle. His great customer service goes a long way towards making a unexpected repair less painful.
