Even though I wasn’t approved for the ram I was in the market for it was still a great pleasure to work with everyone here. Family has been going to sawyer for years. Jason directly. Me being 20, I don’t have a high enough credit score. Jason and Jerry are who I dealt directly with. Both very nice people. They still went out of their way to try and get me approved. I will be going back in the next few months to get a ram once I boost my scores. Thanks again!

Friendly and knowledgeable service department. Diagnosed the repairs needed and offered options. Although it's an older vehicle, we purchased a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty when it was new. They know this and have never needed to be reminded, and they always try to work within it.
