I was about 1000 miles overdue for an oil change, and with 2 very young children, its so hard to get anything accomplished, let alone sit in a waiting room for service on my car. Sawyer's service department drove to my house to pick up my car for the oil change since we live so close. Thats exceptional customer service if I've ever seen it.
