I've been going to this clinic for 15 plus years and the care was 5 star and better.. But now with the new vets it's TERRIBLE. DR. JACKSON will not return phone calls regarding a cat that I brought in. I'm guessing because she knows that the cat is now crippled since she performed surgery on it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Sawtooth Vet has taken great care of all our animals, we have had multiple surgeries, life threatening illnesses and routine check ups. Every time has been a good experience (as good as it can be with sick animals). Special shout out to Christine Jackson who as always been such a pleasure to work with.
They were able to do our dogs shots and get to my older dogs teeth in reasonable time. We have used this vet for 15 plus years and happy with the service and priced reasonable.
When our cat got an infection that caused his eye to explode, we called Sawtooth veterinary in Jerome in a panic, and the doctor offered to make a home visit (do they even do that?) and treat him and pay him back later (we didn't have any money at the time)... ON HIS OWN TIME! You guys seriously rock. If I need anything, I go to Sawtooth. Plus, they're much cheaper than some when it comes to spaying and neutering.
