Also a big thank you for the care taken to make sure our kitty was ok after having a reaction to her vaccination. Your care and great customer service are the reasons we keep coming back!
They are unprofessional and rude. I recommend Green Acres Vet. Clinic in Twin. They are less expensive, honor your time, and don't push for spading puppies. Right now, make an appointment, pull up, they take your pet in, and all is done. No crazy sign-up sheet on the door with an undefined wait time even with an appointment.
Only place I will take my animals.
I've always had the pleasure of dealing with Dr green. he saved my omalley cats life when he got bit by a neighbor's dogs. he also removed a clouded eye from a new adoption and theyre both doing great! I've never had any negative experiences with them except for a vet tech but he was let go not long after he got a few complaints
There are many words in the English language to say thank you, but for what Dr. Hammerquist and the staff did for my baby, thank you isn't even adequate. From getting us in for same day emergency visits, to teaching me SubQ fluids, to letting me hang out in your lobby waiting for results, to becoming a friend that knows who we are when we walk in.
