Recommendedthe staff is amazing. I've been bringing my cats to them for years. I recently lost my cat n he had to be put down n the staff was so great n even sent me a card after my cat died.
Absolute garbage experience. Took our kitten to get shots and waited an hour. Was told that they “forgot” we were there. And then when asked if they would make it right they refused. We spent $185 and were treated poorly. Unacceptable customer service.
My parents have been bringing our dogs here since we moved here 4 months ago. Brought our dog in yesterday with a swollen hind leg, they sent us home with some medicine that did nothing for the leg. It continued to get worse and she was limping around. Later on we noticed her leg was bleeding and then sat there her while it drained. Ended up taking her to a different emergency vet to get antibiotics. It should have been drained when we took her in in the first place! Will never be bringing our dogs back to this vet.
I had an emergency on a Sunday a few weeks ago at night and this was the only veterinary clinic that responded to my voice mail pleading for help. Dr. Schabacker not only helped my dog but he was able to help calm me down by just having a conversation with me about myself and etc. I will only take my dog to this clinic for know on. So much respect for this clinic.

This Veterinary hospital is run by inconsiderate people how do not care one little bit about your beloved furry friends! Nor about you! They are rude and lie to people and treat people like they are dirt! I’m absolutely appalled at the way all of the people at this so called establishment act and should not have jobs, PERIOD!!!! This so called business should not be aloud to practice!!!
They have poor customer service. They charge you for things without even telling you. They don't communicate effectively. They charged me for an e-collar and didn't even send me home with it. They don't answer their phones. They told me my cat would be there for 5 days. On Day six I finally called them to see what was going on. They didn't communicate with me at all about him staying longer. Then he had to stay an extra day on top of the 6 days. My cat came home with goopy eyes. They just don't have compassion.

Sawtooth Veterinary is amazing. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies. The Dr's and nurses are very helpful and sweet.
They are by far the best animal hospital between Gooding and Jerome. I highly recommend them!
