I’m extremely disappointed with the communication from this clinic. My wife is pregnant, and we have been trying to contact the office for the past two weeks to reschedule an appointment. Despite calling multiple times, we have not received a response or a call back. This has been extremely stressful, especially during a pregnancy, when timely communication with your doctor is very important. I’m writing another review because, at this point, I honestly don’t know what else to do to get someone from the clinic to contact me. I really don’t want to leave a negative review because dr Sawsan herself is absolutely amazing!!! This is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with a clinic.
