The owner contacted us immediately.
Business response:
Thanks for the review Amy, I try to respond to all calls and emails personally as soon as I possibly can. Thanks again. Mike Stout
Dealer responded promptly. Mike is proud of the quality of the vehicles he has available. It was a pleasure working with him and I know I will enjoy my new van.
Business response:
Linda sorry I am late responding to your great review. I am so glad we met and were able to do business. I am proud of all the work and the little details we do to our vehicles to be sure they are as close to 100% as possible. I do have a little advantage running a small dealership, I am able to hand pick our cars myself, I run the reconditioning and the sales so I am very familiar with each vehicle and can usually answer any and all questions right on the spot. I ended up buying my H3 Hummer from Sawnee Mountain Motors. Very nice people and fair. Very clean vehicle, still determining mechanical functionality as I drive it.
The dealer responded quickly and was very polite. I did not end up purchasing the car; it was too small for my needs. The dealer provided me with other car suggestions that would better fit my size requirements, which was very helpful and nice of him to do.
Mike was very nice to deal with. Made a special trip to the shop to show us a car on Sunday. Let me drive a car for the afternoon.
Excellent dealer. I ended up not getting the car I wanted from his lot but felt he gave me the best options to get out of my vehicle which I am upside down on. I will definitely purchase from him in the future.
Quick response, helpful info
Mike is friendly and laid back, no pressure, Lowest price on my specific car in 159 mile radius. Except for $289 DOC fee, no bump in price. I drove 98 miles to get there but saved $2-3,000.
They were very concise and helpful in finding me a car within my limited budget
