Our waitress was a little rude, the ice tea tasted terrible and our food was not very warm
Sawmill has it all. Great food, service and atmosphere. The prime dip sandwich was very tasty. We are from the mpls area, but alway stop in when we are up that way. The prices are moderate. Not our first time, and definitely not our last!
From appetizers to dinner to just a cocktail, we ejnoy everything about the Sawmill each time we visit!
Had the walleye dinner. Mine was very over cooked and resembled a saltine cracker more then a walleye. Had the wild rice side. Extremely dry. No onion, mushrooms, or juice....just rice and dry. Wife ordered blackened walleye. Didn't look or taste blackened, was fishy tasting and her side of Wild rice was the same. Wife ordered a margarita and came without salt and did not even come close to looking like pic on the menu. Sorry, but just being truthful. Very �

Nice customers n staff Kid was pretty well behaved tonight.
Considering how busy the restaurant was when we got there, the service was as good as it could be. It appeared that they were understaffed for the amount of customers, but the food was tasty, hot, and quick to come out of the kitchen after placing the order.
