We went to take advantage of a coupon we got via the rewards club for the Octoberfest menu. We're not big sauerkraut fans, but we tried the pretzel bites appetizer. It wasn't for us, but our kids loved them. We got the pizza, pitcher and a pound deal with the Bourbon wings and sausage pizza. Both were excellent and our server was very courteous. It would be great if the coupons could be for any menu item, but otherwise we had a great date night. Thanks Sawmill!!
3 hours from home...After a long day of training for work we were welcomed and had a great night with the fun personable staff! Great food and service! I look forward to coming back! We hope our next training is up here!
I was up here for a 3 day work trip and I couldn't have asked for a better setting. Loved it the first day so I came back the next day! First day, I had a few drinks (great drinks) and apps during their happy hour. Second day, I had their dinner menu and LOVED their sweet potato fries and prime rib dip! Would recommend it to all. I love the home town feeling when I walked through the door, the charismatic staff, they were knowledgeable of their food and drink menus, gave suggestions on food. Rude service, mediocre food at best. Servers would drop food off plates onto floor then not pick it up? Ground it into the carpet instead.

A meal so disgusting it was almost funny. Almost funny till the check came and I saw all the up charges on the check. All things the server offered but didn't mention they cost extra. I had the walley dinner, I meant to have one fillet for 12.99, she signed me up for two fillets for 19.00. The fish was cooked badly, fishy and full of bones. Likely not even walleye. Avoid at all costs unless your just going for booze.
