RecommendedSawmill Crossings is a wonderful community. The Office & Maintenance Staff are amazing! Any of my concerns or questions are addressed immediately, in addition, any maintenance issues are handled in a prompt manner. The staff has always greeted me by name and makes the attempt to know me personally. The community is near so many things...shopping, food, grocery stores, gas stations, which is so convenient. I would highly recommend this community to others. Call and talk to Jessica!!!

I have been here for 7 months and everything is amazing! At first, I chose Sawmill Crossing because the location was perfect, everything is nearby and convenient. The pricing is reasonable and I got a pretty good spot and deal. The apartment is great, it's been well taken care of so no major issue so far. The maintenance service has been prompt and good as well. The best thing is the nice and helpful leasing office staff. My room mate and I have only been here for a month but everything has gone great! All of our appliances work, and we get quick and helpful responses via email if we have questions. The apartment stays nice and warm in the winter, and the washer and dryer work great. We never have any noise problems, and the complex is very safe! I would highly recommend this place and will most likely be staying.
Staff makes everything easy. went to renew my lease and was not able to stop in to do so and they directed to to where I could submit online and let me know when my renewal incentives arrived in the office! always willing to help and very friendly
great place to live not far from downtown or campus and a great staff to go with it!!
