Server didn't speak NO ENGLISH WANTED MY STEAK WELL DINE TOLD HIM THAT At LEAST 3 TIMES HE END UP PUTTING IT ON MY PLATE AND I HAS TO SCRAP IT OFF MY RICE AND THEN WHEN HE GAVE IT BACK HE LEFT IT ON THERE TO LONG. JUST A BAD EXPERIENCE WONT BE BACK FOR ALONG TIME.
Food is usually good but last night the service was horrible. It took 25 mins just to get drinks

My husband and I always support Sawa, however we've noticed a difference in the service and a slight change with the food .
The service wasn't very good, neither was the food. Chef had a hard time remembering who ordered what. We waited forever on drinks and sushi. I don't think I'll be returning.
Was there lastnight. Horrible food portions. Hardly any veggies and rice was skimpy. Kids meals got the same amount of meat as adults which i thought was weird. Spoke to management and she didn't try to fix anything. Just said they were out of mushrooms and they replaced them with onions?? which i would think we would have been told before served. Then offered to make more veggies when the man already had cleaned up and left and we didn't want to wait. I've had some great times there. But I'm guessing during the week its not... read more
