We have been here many times but it had been a while. Ordered our food, they were not busy at the time at all. It took a half hour to get our food. When it came out it was ice cold and the veggies weren't even cooked through. When I sent it back it came back a few minutes later after they stuck it in the microwave to reheat it. Unacceptable. I give it 2 stars and that is just for the entertainment. The food and service were mediocre at best. I will stay with my Yamato's in Warren. Probably will not return.
There were 12 of us and we all had wonderful meals with great service!! Very entertaining! We went there for my granddaughter's 8th birthday because that's where she wanted to go. I couldn't have been more satisfied. Loved the concept of the flaming birthday dessert, but she didn't like the ice cream! Lol overall, I would highly recommend Sawa's!!!
