Service was awful, we didn't get our drinks for 30min. Food was served and when they put the veggies on our plate, both mine and my wife's had huge hairs in them. Asked for the manager, his response"what do you want me to do about it"? They took our meals and returned 20min later with new meals, not a I'm sorry or anything. And charged us for everything!�� Sawa...never again!

We decided to give sawa another try tonight after a bad experience. Your service heather was absolutely great. And your bartender is out of this world and incredible. She is probably one of the best I have seen, but we can't recall her name. We were so impressed by her at the bar that we came back for drinks after having hibachi. She is friendly. Professional. Ate spicy tuna roll and spicy salmon roll and within hours of eating I got food poisoning. 7 days later and im still sick. The service was awful as well.
I just left from sawa and am very unhappy. Our lunch was great however service was absolutely horrible. You should be more aware of your employees. The American male server is drugged up and cannot even talk or function! That is not who we want waiting on us when we are out to eat with our CHILDREN. Not what we expected from this visit.
Food is always great. Our cook (who we request) is always friendly, and makes our experience fun. The only complaint I have is the server, I think his name is Steven or something. He is very rude and slow and doesn’t even make an effort to be polite. If it weren’t for him I would have gave 5 stars.
