I had the absolute worse experience with Savvy Snoot. If this helps anyone, NEVER SELL ANYTHING THROUGH THEM. I sent my couch to them in August, it sold in December and they never told me. The follow spring I called to inquire about it and it took several calls and weeks of them saying they had sent my check to me before they ever did. I had never felt so cheated, duped, and fooled by a company.
Beautiful shop and beautiful pieces. Great customer service as well. I ran into Keisha Knight Pullman there. Great experience.
Never go to them for the purpose of consigning your belongings. It has been three months, and I have yet to receive a check for the belongings that they sold. One of the many times I called to check on the progress of my check, a customer was complaining in the background. I would look for other options before ordering anything from them. And I would recommend never giving them any of your belongings to sell.
