I’ve lived in the valley my whole life. And I love the way Tom does my nails. What I love best is that he does my nails the way I want them done. And if I want something changed or different he has a great attitude about it. Sometimes he does take a little longer. But, it is worth every minute as he pays attention to detail and leaves them clean and doesn’t hurt me. I will follow him to whatever ever nails salon he moves to as long as its within distance. Picture on left is what i got, pic on right is what i asked for. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place really made me feel like a joke. The heavy set gentleman who did my nails made a few indirect jokes at me was constantly huffing as if I was annoying by simply paying for a service. I honestly feel ripped off. You have lost a customer for Good. I have been going here for a year and every time I make an appointment you guys keep pushing my appointment time back when I arrive… as a mother, I don’t have time to wait 30 to 45 minutes because you guys overbook yourselves. the treatment that I received is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Honestly the service is sub par as well.
The person who received me was incompetent. When he removed my old gel, he completely ripped off my nails. In addition to hurting me, he broke the nail plate. When I left the appointment, I had to spend 20 minutes filing my nails to try to thin them out and repair the horrible job he'd done. Not to mention the nail art, which is simply atrocious.
