The new manager has absolutely ruined Savvy Nails. Julie & David spent years making sure customer service was a priority. You can no longer give your name when you make your appointment & after waiting over 30 mins after your scheduled time the manager makes you feel like it's your fault because they're so popular & busy. Stop taking walk in's before scheduled long time customers! I feel bad for the techs. He's hurting their tip potential & it's just not a fun place to go any more.
My best friend treated both of us to pedicures. Mine looked like it was done by someone who had never done one. Polish sloppily applied. My friend’s pedicure was a rush job. Tech must have had an appointment waiting. We’re never going back and will not recommend this place to anyone.
No frills kind of place but they do great work. The shop is busy. That says to me that people like the service they provide. The deluxe pedicure is the way to go. I had some really rough calluses that he got rid of. Nick did a great job and was gentle. A nice touch was the offerings to Buddah right when you walk in the door. It appears to be a family run business and I'm all about that. I will definitely be going back.
I have to give today’s experience a one star due to the fact that Nick, the manager (I guess), did my nails. First of all he was doing everything extremely slow. Secondly, could not stop yawning and literally started falling asleep the WHOLE time while doing my nails. He left my nails all lumpy. Had nail polish all on my cuticles and sides. They were all crooked too. When I tried telling him if he could fix it and make it look straight he said, “I know I’m not finished” but had already finished the filing step.
