Tom was the absolute best! Not only was he perfect with my nails, and the fact that I have a sensitive nail bed, but he has a sensitive soul and I felt very taken care of and the price was way better than I expected. I will be coming here as often as I can from now on.

WAS MY FAVORITE, NOW A NO LONGER A PLACE I WILL GO. Yes. I’d keep the longtime-customer perspective + specific examples, but tighten the repetition: I’m really sad to write this because I’ve been coming here since they opened, and it used to be one of my favorite places. Picture on left is what i got, pic on right is what i asked for. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this place really made me feel like a joke. The heavy set gentleman who did my nails made a few indirect jokes at me was constantly huffing as if I was annoying by simply paying for a service. I honestly feel ripped off. I had a pedicure and the manager did it. He was so rough and when I was surprised when he dug so hard it hurt, he said "I didn't cut it! Do you want it cleaned?? there's dead skin!!" And then he dug hard again! Then he didn't do anything with the other foot other than to put polish on. So rude and condescending! Don't let the manager do your service. What a jerk. I only gave two stars because my sister liked the lady who did hers.
