Living here has been quite an experience, especially when it comes to property management and maintenance. Recently, the management made a big show of replacing the AC units across the building. While some units actually got new equipment, our experience was a complete farce: they uninstalled our old system, took it away for a few days, and then brought back the exact same ancient Carrier unit from 1993, hooked it right back up, and tried to pass it off as an upgrade. I stopped by after seeing the sign and called to ask about the property. Priscilla Estrada answered and was very kind, patient, and helpful. She showed me several options, and I was especially interested in the unit on the higher floor with the great view. I started the application and paid the $50 application fee, but then discovered that the Nova system required access to my personal bank login and password to verify income.
