I stopped by after seeing the sign and called to ask about the property. Priscilla Estrada answered and was very kind, patient, and helpful. She showed me several options, and I was especially interested in the unit on the higher floor with the great view. I started the application and paid the $50 application fee, but then discovered that the Nova system required access to my personal bank login and password to verify income. I’ve had such a great experience with my new apartment here so far. The unit itself is spacious with tons of natural light, which makes it feel really open and comfortable to come home to.
