This was not the typical sit down restaurant instead it's located inside the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute and serves as a simulation restaurant for the students that take courses there. The hostess informed me that everyone from the cooks, hosts and servers were all students which means they're still learning. My husband and I decided to eat here for lunch on our one-day trip to this area. It was super fun to see what was on the menu, to try the food, and to help the server practice. We had a table for two by the windows which was lovely. The hostess was great and the manager came to ask us how everything was. We will make a point of eating here every time we are in town. 5 starts from service to food, the best dessert I have ever had
Actually visited the pastry shop. You have to see it and then taste one dish to experience how good it is. The canoli cheese cake was exceptional and the fresh brewed coffee made it almost a European experience.
