I finally got around to making an appointment with Pinar for a hydra facial and was told she was no longer with Savola. When I inquired where she went I was not given an answer. I hope to find her and finally get my Hydrafacial.
RecommendedDr. Savola is very professional, I trust her judgement when she gives me an examine.
I called to make my hydrofacial appointment and was very disappointed to find out that my two favorite ladies Pinar and Kristy were no longer with the practice. They always made me feel amazing! Sadly I will not be returning to this practice.
Unfortunately I will not be back I just found out that the two of my most favorite Spa ladies Kristy & Pinar are gone � . I will not be back !!!! What a disappointment!
Disappointed! We were charged a "no show" fee for an appointment that we did not make. We decided not to schedule because the time was too far in the future. Attempted to resolve with the office but they were a bit preachy about their policy and didn't want to listen as we expressed our recollection of the conversation. great way to get customers to look elsewhere!
